I'm 2!

Two years ago today, our lil bug entered the world... and it hasn't been the same since :)
We have had such fun watching Caylin grow from a baby to a little girl this year. We are looking forward to celebrating her birthday with friends and family over the weekend!

Busy week

This week has certainly been a busy and eventful week for the Brown family. First, as many of you may already know by now, we announced that Baby Brown #2 is on the way and will be arriving some time in early November. This announcement came on the heals of our 12 week drs. visit, during which time we got to get our first listen to his/her heart beat. All is well and seems to be developing accoriding to plan. (We had hoped to post our recording of the heartbeat, but Blogger doesn't seem to like our audio file. So, if/when we can get it converted into something more Blogger friendly, you'll get to hear it too.

In other news, Caylin's interest in the potty has grown significantly... to the point that she asked to go "poopoo" in the potty at Gma and Gpa Brown's house on Thursday, and was successful. So, Friday we geared up for what we are hoping is a successful potty training adventure. Don't worry, we are not like Kate (from John and Kate plus 8) and we won't take or post pictures of Caylin's potty time produtions. Wish us luck!
